ANALISIS RISIKO MULTI BAHAYA DAN OPSI PENGELOLAAN PESISIR DI KECAMATAN CIDAUN KABUPATEN CIANJUR

Abstract


Kecamatan Cidaun, yang terletak di pesisir Cianjur dan berbatasan langsung dengan laut lepas Samudra Hindia, ditetapkan sebagai kawasan rawan tsunami, gelombang pasang, gerakan tanah, dan banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pesisir, tingkat risiko multi bahaya pesisir, dan opsi pengelolaan pesisir yang tepat untuk pesisir Cidaun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Coastal Hazard Wheels 3.0 yang dapat menganalisa risiko multi bahaya pesisir melalui 6 (enam) indikator yaitu Tata Letak Geologis (Geological Layout), Paparan Gelombang (Wave Exposure), Pasang Surut (Tidal Range), Flora/Fauna, Keseimbangan Sedimen (Sediment Balance), dan Aktivitas Iklim (Storm Climate). Hasil analisa risiko terhadap multi bahaya ini kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan opsi pengelolaan pesisir yang tepat bagi wilayah Cidaun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 8 (delapan) Kode Klasifikasi CHW di pesisir Cidaun, yaitu PL-5, PL-7, R-1, SR-11, SR-13, SR-15, SR-9, dan TSR sehingga opsi pengelolaan pesisir yang tepat dilakukan di wilayah Pesisir Cidaun ialah Coastal Zoning, Groundwater Management, Tsunami warning system, Beach Nourishment, Dune Rehabilitation, Flood Warning System, Coastal Setback, Fluvial Sediment Management, Ecosystem Based Management.
